1) Please wait 24 hours give or take to allow yourself time to cool down, and collect your thoughts. We want to hear you at your clearest. Do not approach any other party on or off the field to discuss your complain during or after the game to avoid the risk of escalation.
If the complaint or concern is about your OWN community:
2) Please reach out to your soccer director before proceeding to next step to allow them a chance to solve the issue.
3) If the issue pertains to a soccer director or is not solved by a soccer director please email a detailed recap of the incident to complaints@cgsa.ca and our non-bias team of CGSA reps who are not any of our soccer directors will reach out to you within 72 hours.
If your complaint or concern is about another participating community league (Beverly, Fraser, Delwood, McLeod, Steele Heights, Hairsine, Kensington, Kilkenny or Highlands):
2) If the issue pertains to your soccer director or pertains to another community, please email a detailed recap of the incident to complaints@cgsa.ca and our non-bias team will reach out within 72 hours.
If your complaint or concern is about a club team(Spartan, Fusion, Stars or Knights) or about a referee:
2) If your issue pertains to a CGSA board member, a referee or a participating club team, please email a detailed recap of the incident to behaviourreview@eiysa.com and our non-bias team will reach out within 72 hours.
Referees:
2) If you have any complaints or concerns about a referee please email refassigner@cgsa.ca to give them a chance to solve the issue
3) If your concern or complaint is about a coach, player, or team, or was not solved by the refassigner, please email a detailed recap of the incident to behaviourreview@eiysa.com and our non-bias team will reach out within 72 hours.
